San Jose Camera & Video offers a 30 day return/exchange privilege on photo and video equipment. Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition with all original factory packaging, instruction books, literature, documentation and blank warranty cards. Don't throw anything away (plastic bags, twist ties or anything else that was originally in the box). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns require prior authorization. Sales reciept must accompany all requests for returns, exchanges & manufacturer's warranty service.
If any of the above conditions are not met, San Jose Camera & Video reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange or to charge a restocking fee no less than 15% of the original purchase price. Special orders are not returnable.
San Jose Camera & Video will not accept returns or exchanges on film, paper, lamps, batteries, books, ink cartridges, memory cards, or any other consumable products.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. As of 8/18/2018, we NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. All orders shipped within California are subject to our local sales tax of 9.25%.
Orders shipped outside of California are not taxed.
*All Credit Card orders must be shipped to the billing address or alternate shipping address on file with your credit card company. If the information does not match, the order will be held until you update the information with your credit card company.
*Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information and prices listed on our site, occasionally there may be pricing or typographical errors. We are not responsible for typographical errors or any pricing errors. Orders may be cancelled at our discretion for any reason.
Please inspect your order, checking both the condition and contents. Any claims for damaged or missing product must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise to San Jose Camera & Video. In the event your shipment is damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to inspect any and all packages. Be sure to keep all packaging until the problem has been resolved.
Manufacturers require UPC barcodes to be cut off from packaging and warranty cards to be filled out in order to redeem your rebate. Before this is done, please check the equipment to be sure it is the product you want and functioning properly. Once UPC barcodes are removed from boxes or warranty cards filled out the product is no longer returnable or exchangeable.
All products sold by San Jose Camera & Video are sold with manufacturers full USA warranties (no grey market). Should you experience a problem with anything you purchase from us, please call for assistance.
